They're after a Hardware Design Engineer to support new product development someone who can own the electronics design and grow into the go-to expert on their core technologies. Small, fast-paced engineering team covering R&D, product development and new product introduction. You'd be leading projects, not just contributing to them. Designing new products - circuit design, schematic capture and PCB layout Working closely with the wider engineering team to get products into production Leading internal and external project teams, including subcontractors, and dealing with customers where needed Experience in a similar role, strong across schematic capture, PCB layout, analogue and digital circuit design, microcontrollers and simulation MEng in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Someone who can lead and motivate, and juggle several projects at once Some software development Project management experience Drop me a message or apply - happy to have a confidential chat.
