Are you looking for a Senior/Principal Electronic Design Engineer – Analogue/Digital in Hampshire? My client is a very well-established, highly profitable company that designs and manufactures a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world. They offer hybrid working and are very flexible with their R&D staff. So, it is possible to just come on-site, really as and when needed to use the lab, meetings etc.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior/Principal Electronic Design Engineer – Analogue/Digital to join the team. They are open to hiring someone at either a Senior or Principal level. You will have a strong background in electronic design with a broad skill set covering analogue and digital design. In this role, you will be designing electronics from scratch for brand-new products as well as supporting existing products.
Responsibilities and Technical Skills required:
- Extensive experience in designing analogue and digital circuits. In reality, the work will be predominantly digital, but a good foundation in analogue is still important. Their products mainly use ARM-core Micro’s.
- Experience of working on design projects from concept to manufacture.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of EMC.
- The company is investing heavily in their products; for example, its next generation of products will heavily involve IoT technologies.
