Are you a recent Electronics or RF graduate looking to start your career in a hands on engineering environment, working across a full RF product range and developing strong technical fundamentals?
We re supporting a leading manufacturer in Hereford as they grow their early career Test Engineering team. This role is ideal for graduates who have completed an RF module as part of their degree this is essential and the core requirement for shortlisting.

The Role
You ll carry out RF and electronic testing on a wide range of products, working closely with design and production teams. You ll follow test procedures, document results, troubleshoot issues, and build confidence using industry standard RF test equipment.
This is a practical, onsite role where you ll learn the full product range before specialising internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform RF testing using spectrum analysers, network analysers, and signal generators.
- Follow structured test procedures and document results clearly.
- Support troubleshooting of RF and electronic components.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Work to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Build strong RF fundamentals through hands on learning and collaboration.
What We re Looking For
- - Degree in Electronics, RF, or Systems Engineering.
- - Must have completed an RF module this is essential.
- - You must have completed an internship or placement year, giving you meaningful commercial exposure before applying.
- - Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow structured test documentation.
- - Practical, hands on approach with strong problem solving skills.
- - Confident communicator and team player.
