You’ll lead the design of robust electrical distribution systems for products operating in some of the toughest environments, from naval vessels and submarines to helicopters and ground vehicles.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:
- Design electrical circuits using CAD tools.
- Develop safe, reliable electrical distribution systems.
- Produce technical reports, drawings, schematics, and cable harness designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and testing.
- Provide expert electrical engineering guidance.
Skills & Experience required:
- 5–10 years’ electrical design experience
- Background in aerospace/defence preferred; automotive or medical also considered.
- Strong AC & DC system design experience.
- Skilled in technical documentation and detailed schematics.
- Knowledge of safety-critical design (cable sizing, short-circuit protection).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication.
Due to the nature of the work, this role requires BPSS clearance, and applicants must be eligible to obtain it.
