Are you an experienced Quality professional looking to take ownership of QA systems within a growing, technology-driven engineering environment? This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop quality processes across a business working on advanced hardware, software, and firmware products, with increasing focus on high-reliability and regulated markets.
As Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll take responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting engineering and product development teams. You’ll act as the key point of contact for all QA-related activities, both internally and externally, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards are met across the business.
- Lead and develop the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Act as the main QA contact for customers across pre-sales, production, and failure analysis
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities
- Monitor performance through audits, reviews, and customer feedback
- Produce and maintain quality documentation, reports, and procedures
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded across the product lifecycle
Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar
Strong experience with ISO9001 and quality management systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data
Knowledge of automotive or high-reliability quality standards
Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with product compliance and regulatory requirements
