You’ll work closely alongside an experienced senior project professional who will provide support and mentorship, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management long-term. The company is also happy to support professional development and will fund recognised project management qualifications for the right candidate.

  • Operations
  • Project administration
  • Supply chain or procurement within a project-led environment

What matters most is that you understand how projects move through a manufacturing business and can coordinate people, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Experience within electronics manufacturing would be highly advantageous, but candidates from broader technical manufacturing sectors will also be considered, particularly those involved in transferring products from engineering into production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating projects from initial customer requirements through to manufacturing delivery
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and procurement teams
  • Tracking timelines, risks, costs, and project milestones
  • Supporting customer communication and providing regular progress updates
  • Helping ensure projects remain aligned to scope, quality, and delivery expectations
  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, and technical records
  • Supporting continuous improvement activity across project processes
  • Contributing to a collaborative and solutions-focused team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical production environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep activities progressing
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer expectations
  • Comfortable working with technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing information
  • A collaborative approach with strong stakeholder communication skills

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Early finish every Friday
  • Training and career development support
  • Funding for professional project management qualifications
  • Mentorship from an experienced Project Manager
  • Opportunity to influence and improve processes
  • A business environment where you can grow alongside the company
