Key Responsibilities
- Perform RF and electronic testing using spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators, oscilloscopes and other specialist RF equipment.
- Test, fault‑find and repair PCB assemblies and RF modules down to component level.
- Carry out production, system and functional testing to internal and customer specifications.
- Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Build and configure RF test fixtures, jigs and ATS setups to support new and existing test processes.
- Interpret RF schematics, PCB layouts and wiring diagrams to support troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve RF test capability, throughput and quality.
- Maintain, calibrate and ensure correct operation of all RF and electronic test equipment.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in RF or electronics manufacturing, test or repair.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, analogue/digital electronics and signal behaviour.
- Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (spectrum/network analysers) highly desirable.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, wireless technologies or IP networks beneficial.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC‑610 desirable).
- Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree/HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.
