What You'll Be Doing
You’ll act as a functional expert across Oracle HCM Cloud, helping clients maximise the value of their investment and providing guidance on best practice, configuration, and process optimisation.
- Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go‑to Oracle expert
- Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality
- Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance
- Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives
- Support pre‑sales activities and client demonstrations where required
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice

Essential
You will have:
- Hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong functional expertise in: Core HR
- Talent
- HR Helpdesk
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency)
Desirable
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Experience within managed services or application support environments
- Knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices
