We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of high-profile Oracle Fusion / SaaS services, ensuring exceptional delivery, strong client relationships, and measurable business value. This is a customer-facing leadership role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of service excellence, commercial accountability, and continuous improvement within Oracle Cloud environments.
The Role
As the primary Service Delivery Manager, you will:
- Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion / SaaS services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, driving satisfaction and retention.
- Manage monthly financial forecasting, including team costs and project revenue performance.
- Support service design and transition, ensuring scalable, high-quality Oracle Cloud service models.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying value-add opportunities and optimising delivery processes.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to delivery teams to enhance capability and performance.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar customer-facing delivery leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud environments and deployment models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (or equivalent experience) preferred.
