You’ll play a defining role in how Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions are designed, governed, and delivered across complex, enterprise environments. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, mentor consultants, and act as a trusted authority for clients navigating critical Payroll transformations.

As a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions
- Own and quality-assure functional configuration, documentation, and key deliverables
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the Oracle practice
- Provide authoritative insight into Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple end-to-end implementations
- Deep functional and configuration expertise, including Payroll process flows, OTBI reporting and/or SQL capability, Compensation Workbench
- Experience defining standards, accelerators, or methodologies within an Oracle Cloud practice
