You will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining PeopleSoft environments troubleshooting fixing all server/application related issues.
- Driving PUM upgrade activities.
- Supporting Technical team to migrate approved code to Production.
- Ensuring environment availability for end users and planning downtime.
- Performing post refresh activity on non-production environments.
- Monitoring Production Schedule Jobs.
- Overseeing troubleshooting performance issues.
- Oracle Database Refresh/cloning.
- PeopleSoft Quarterly Patching of mid-tier and PeopleTools components.
- Oracle Database operations: patching, Maintenance Monitoring (Performance Monitoring and Tuning).
- Creating and executing backup/restore and disaster recovery strategy and scripts for databases in specified environment.
- Providing database administration consulting services, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
You will have:
- Hands-on experience of PeopleSoft Admin technical architecture.
- Application Administration and PeopleTools.
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including App Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web logic Servers on LINUX as well as Windows.
- High-level skills in PeopleTools v854 and higher and with Integration Broker.
- Expert ability with administering Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- In-depth PeopleSoft infrastructure experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x (or above).
- Accomplished ability with all technical areas of PeopleSoft and/or PS Admin.
- Knowledge in all DBA areas (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle).
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
- Effective Communication / Reporting to end users and Team members.
