Job Description
You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection with our customer’s core business.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scope and success criteria.
- Identify key constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and test management tools.
- End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis experience on technical projects.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Processes Mapping and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into structured outputs
- Agile Delivery experience and has working within an Agile delivery team Digital or Application Modernisation Project experience.
- Experience in reviewing Functional and non-functional Specification Documents produced by peers (Peer Review) to ensure they align with Business Requirements Specification document.
- Has worked on both large scale and smaller projects and been responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
- Previous experience with Use Case Scenarios.
- Good project management skill with the ability to plan and schedule own work and work towards tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills — be able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts.
