Overview
Version 1 is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a strong background in Oracle or ERP recruitment to join our internal TA team. You’ll identify, engage, and hire talent across Oracle and ERP practices, supporting business growth globally. This is a strategic, hands-on role partnering with hiring managers to influence recruitment strategy and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oracle/ERP roles—from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs across Oracle Cloud, EBS, Fusion, and other ERP platforms.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and talent communities.
- Engage passive candidates and build long-term pipelines for critical roles.
- Deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate reporting and regularly update ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Collaborate with the wider TA team to share best practices and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting within Oracle, ERP, or enterprise technology domains (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud, EBS, Fusion, or similar ERP ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in sourcing, headhunting, and engaging passive talent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering results.
