Version 1 is seeking a Senior User Researcher Consultant to shape accessible, valuable services for Public Sector clients. You will lead research across the delivery lifecycle, helping agile teams validate assumptions and prioritise work based on real user needs.
You will work with product managers, designers, business analysts and developers to ensure evidence drives decisions at every stage, mentor colleagues, and strengthen Version 1’s user research practice across our community of practice.
