Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance trading applications using Python.
  • Implement and support FIX protocol-based solutions for trading systems.
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot trading algorithms and systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and stability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the trading domain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience for more than 6+ years as a Python Developer in the trading domain.
  • Experience with trading systems, market data, and order management systems.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks/libraries.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
