We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high‑impact transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions, guiding clients on best practices.
- Advise clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Own and deliver system configuration aligned to business requirements.
- Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design artefacts.
- Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Drive training and coaching for client users and internal teams.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Senior, hands‑on consultant with end‑to‑end delivery ownership.
- Strong communicator, confident in challenging and advising clients.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing.
- Proven experience across multiple end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Hands‑on experience with Fast Formula configuration, onboarding journeys, and approval workflows.
- Strong capability in running workshops and leading solution design.
- Experience creating high‑quality functional documentation.
- Ability to design and deliver user training (key users & end users).
- Expertise within Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence & Time & Labour (OTL).
