Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Support Consultant
Job Description
You will be:
- Overseeing day to day application support for a variety of clients.
- Utilising your Oracle Cloud Financials and Fusion Tax expertise to oversee and resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing ways of improving current delivered functionality.
- Leading Requirements gathering, creating and developing documentation for business changes.
- Working with technical consultants to deliver client requirements.
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.
Qualifications
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Oracle Cloud (SaaS) Financial Modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets. (Essential)
- Oracle Fusion Tax setup, configuration and support (Desirable)
- Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview
- Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
- Experience of working effectively within a team
- Organised and be selfâmotivated
- Ability to multiâtask and priorities across concurrent support projects will be required
- Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope
- Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
- Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
- Manage onâtime project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
