You’ll shape processes, elevate customer success, and develop your career within a company recognised as a Great Place to Work for over a decade.
If you are passionate about leadership, service delivery, and maximizing the value of enterprise solutions, this is your opportunity to join a driven team.

You’ll ensure incidents, service requests, and change initiatives are delivered on time, within SLA, and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do
- Functional Consulting – Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of JDE modules including Manufacturing (Shop Floor Control, Work Orders, Product Costing) and Distribution (Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Procurement). Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct gap analyses, and recommend process improvements. Support full solution delivery — testing, training, and deployment.

Ensure timely case resolution and accurate client invoicing through effective oversight. Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Service Excellence – Oversee incident, problem, and change management through our ServiceNow-based system, Engage. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and continuous service improvement. Act as an escalation point for complex functional issues.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular service reviews. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery. Present functional designs, updates, and performance insights to senior leadership and clients.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Organised, analytical, and process-oriented with a passion for service improvement.
- Preferred Qualifications – JDE certification in relevant modules. ITIL Foundation (or higher). Experience with ERP upgrades or migrations. Familiarity with integrations between JDE and other enterprise systems.
