Responsibilities
- Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers
- Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities
- Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting
- Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work‑plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery
- Successfully led difficult technical projects end‑to‑end using Agile methodologies
- Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium‑sized teams
- Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
- Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
- Agile & Project Management Expertise
- Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
- Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
- Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
- Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross‑team sprints
- Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
- Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
- Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops)
- Technical Requirements
- Understanding of AWS core services and cloud architecture patterns
- Experience managing business/technical requirements and producing roadmaps
- Communication & Leadership Skills
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Comfortable presenting to C‑level executives
