Responsibilities
- Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
- Drive application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.
- Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
- Provide an overview of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.
- Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
- Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
- Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 core values.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering in the Private or Public Sector.
- Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required).
- Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges in multi-supplier environments.
- Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
- Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
