• Mentoring and coaching a team of consultants to develop future talent.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential).
• Skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
• Experience in conducting design workshops, documenting solutions, and creating sales responses and demos.
• Knowledge of OTBI Reporting and SQL.

Excellent communication skills are required.
