As a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategy, best practice, and solution direction
- Own and quality-assure functional configuration, documentation, and key deliverables
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the Oracle practice
- Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, including:
- Delivering compelling, high-impact demonstrations
- Shaping solution designs, scope, and proposals
- Providing authoritative insight into Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps
Essential Experience:
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple end-to-end implementations
- Deep functional and configuration expertise, including:
- Fast Formula Element design
- Payroll process flows
- Calculation cards
Desirable Experience:
- Experience across related HCM modules, such as:
