Deliver real change at scale. Shape how organisations work. Large-scale ERP programmes don’t succeed on technology alone. They succeed when people adopt new ways of working—and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a high‑calibre Enterprise ERP Change Lead to drive business change across complex, multi‑pillar ERP transformation programmes. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and knows how to translate strategy into adoption.
If you’ve led change in major ERP environments and want to see your work land, stick, and deliver measurable benefits, this role offers the scale and influence you’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Driving Change Across Major ERP Programmes
You will:
- Lead business change delivery across large, enterprise ERP transformations, working across multiple functional and technical workstreams
- Plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases, and deployment waves
- Act as a trusted partner to programme leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
Change Impact, Planning & Execution
You will:
- Conduct structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working
- Translate insight into practical interventions—from Training Needs Analysis to targeted engagement and readiness actions
- Own and maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
- Design and deliver effective knowledge
