To lead the Test & Integration strategy, including planning, coordinating, and executing all testing and system integration activities across the company portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate migrated data sets for completeness, accuracy, and integrity
  • Support testing of complex, data‑driven user interfaces
  • Design and execute data migration test scenarios and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with vendor and customer teams on defect triage and resolution
  • Identify and highlight data migration risks and planning gaps
  • Contribute to overall test approach where migration risks extend beyond pure testing

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in data‑heavy system testing, particularly data migration validation
  • Experience testing enterprise or COTS platforms hosted in cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of test lifecycle, defect management, and test reporting
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and technical documentation
  • Comfortable engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Prior experience with KISTERS WISKI (Water Information System) or similar environmental / observability systems
  • Experience in projects where data migration risk was a key concern
  • Exposure to regulated or public sector environments

Additional Information

  • Clearance: Must hold SC clearance (currently checking if the client can initiate the SC process)
  • Eligibility: UK nationals or UK dual nationals only

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience of Automated Quality Assurance: Deliver overnight cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration and acceptance tests
  • Delivered front end cross-browser functional testing, device testing, exploratory, systems integration and user acceptance testing e.g. manual testing
  • Confident with building and maintaining frameworks in Java
  • Have practical experience with open source tools such as: Cypress, Karate, PlayWright, Selenium or similar
  • Worked in an agile environment
  • Any performance testing experience or other non-functional testing experience would be beneficial
