Oracle Cloud Recruitment Functional Consultant - Remote in Manchester

At Version 1, we’re looking for a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Oracle Cloud projects across the UK & Ireland. This is more than just configuration — you’ll be leading workshops, designing best-practice solutions, coaching colleagues and clients, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
• Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
• Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
• Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
• Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
