Deliver Real Change At Scale. Shape How Organisations Work.
Large-scale ERP programmes don’t succeed on technology alone. They succeed when people adopt new ways of working—and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a high-calibre Enterprise ERP Change Lead to drive business change across complex, multi-pillar ERP transformation programmes. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and knows how to translate strategy into adoption. If you’ve led change in major ERP environments and want to see your work land, stick, and deliver measurable benefits, this role offers the scale and influence you’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving Change Across Major ERP Programmes
- Lead business change delivery across large, enterprise ERP transformations, working across multiple functional and technical workstreams
- Plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases, and deployment waves
- Act as a trusted partner to programme leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Change Impact, Planning & Execution
- Conduct structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working
- Translate insight into practical interventions—from Training Needs Analysis to targeted engagement and readiness actions
- Own and maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
- Design and deliver effective knowledge transfer, ensuring structured handover into Managed Services or BAU teams
- Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
- Perform robust stakeholder analysis, assessing impact, readiness, influence, and risk
- Deliver targeted engagement strategies that resonate at executive and operational levels
- Build and lead change networks (change champions, super users) to drive adoption and two-way engagement
- Adoption, Metrics & Benefits Realisation
- Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained usage
- Link change activity directly to measurable business benefits, including efficiency and productivity gains
- Assess business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved ways of working
- Support benefits realisation beyond go-live—because adoption doesn’t stop at deployment
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering business change within large ERP transformation programmes
- A strong track record of owning outcomes, not just producing change artefacts
- Confidence operating in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments
- Expertise producing high-quality change deliverables, including:
- Change Impact Assessments
- Integrated change plans
- Adoption and readiness reporting
Why This Role?
- Enterprise-scale programmes with real complexity and impact
- The opportunity to shape how organisations operate, not just how systems are implemented
- A role that values delivery, accountability, and outcomes, not box-ticking
- The chance to work alongside senior stakeholders and programme leaders where your voice matters
Why Version 1?
- Strong career progression & mentorship through our Strength in Balance and leadership programmes, including quarterly Pathways Career Development reviews.
- Significant training budget for certifications and further education.
- Version 1 Annual Excellence Awards & Call-Out recognition platform celebrating achievement.
- Moments that matter & enhanced maternity/paternity leave policies to support your journey.
- Active ESG & CSR initiatives, allowing you to give back through fundraising, volunteering, and diversity, inclusion & belonging programmes.
Benefits Include:
- Quarterly performance-related profit share
- Hybrid / Remote working flexibility
- Pension, private healthcare, life assurance cover
- Certified Great Place to Work for 10+ years running
This is hybrid based with occasional travel to your nearest base office.
