Job Description
- Must be able to deliver business change within large, multi‑pillar ERP transformation programmes
- Should work effectively across multiple workstreams
- Should be able to plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases, and deployment waves
- Change Impact, Planning & Execution
- Should have the experience of conducting structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working
- Must be able to translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions
- Should be able to maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
- Must be able to plan and execute effective knowledge transfer, establish structured knowledge management approaches, and ensure an effective knowledge handover to Managed Services
- Must be able to carry out effective stakeholder analysis, identifying impact, readiness, and key risks
- Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement strategies
- Establish and manage change networks (e.g. change champions, super users) to drive adoption and two‑way engagement
- Needs to be able to define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption
- Link change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity, and improved ways of working
- Assess business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation
Qualifications
- A pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just delivery of change activity
- Experience producing high‑quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans, and adoption reporting
