We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with over 10+ years of expertise in React, Nodejs and AWS to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture principles, hands-on experience with modern technologies, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Design and develop high-quality software architecture and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of architectural solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other architects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- ~10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role in product development or services environment.
- Good experience in React or similar front-end technologies.
- Good experience and certification in AWS cloud platform.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Good experience in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
- Good experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
