b Overview /b p As Lead Oracle Fusion Integration Extension, you will drive the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud integrations across Fusion Cloud and enterprise systems. You will lead technical delivery, establish reusable patterns, govern integration quality, and remain hands-on through build, tests, deployment and defect resolution. You will also engage in Fusion extensions and workflow tooling, mentoring others and shaping integration strategy for large-scale Oracle Cloud programmes. This role combines hands-on delivery with client-facing leadership to enable secure, scalable integrations that support business outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Quarterly profit share /li li Hybrid/Remote working /li li Pension /li li Private healthcare /li li Life assurance /li li Certified Great Place to Work for 10+ years running /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead end-to-end OIC integration design, build and delivery between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise systems /li li Define reusable integration patterns for synchronous APIs, asynchronous orchestration, scheduled processing, event-based flows and file-based interfaces /li li Produce and maintain design artefacts: interface catalogues, mappings, transformation rules, error-handling and deployment notes /li li Develop and optimise OIC integrations using app-driven orchestrations, REST/SOAP, scheduled/ bulk processing, and file-based interfaces /li li Implement robust error handling, retry, replay, and operational support patterns /li li Support performance tuning for high-volume integrations and deployment readiness across environments /li li Ensure secure integration patterns (OAuth2, certificates, secure FTP, encryption, connectivity agents) /li li Lead integration workstreams and coordinate with functional, data, reporting, security and external system owners /li li Work with Fusion functional/data teams to confirm source/target objects, business rules and reconciliation requirements /li li Provide guidance on VBCS/OPA/PCS where needed and support extension/workflow automation initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud in complex enterprise environments /li li Experience designing, building, testing and supporting OIC integrations across Fusion Cloud and external platforms /li li Knowledge of Fusion ERP/HCM/EPM integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, ESS) /li li Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, schemas, payload mapping and interface validation /li li Experience with secure integration design (OAuth2, encryption, secure file transfer, connectivity agents) /li li Experience implementing error-handling frameworks (logging, retry, replay, reconciliation) /li li Experience in high-volume or critical integration processing with performance tuning /li li Ability to produce technical design docs, mapping specs, test evidence and deployment instructions /li li Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with systems like ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Azure services or other SaaS /li li Client-facing technical lead experience in delivery programmes; UK public sector exposure desirable /li li Desirable knowledge of VBCS/OPA/PCS and willingness to learn /li li Oracle Integration Cloud certification or equivalent delivery experience (desirable) /li li Exposure to Visual Builder Studio or Git-based source control (desirable) /li /ul ul li Leadership and mentoring /li li Stakeholder engagement /li li Communication of technical options and risks /li li Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) /li li Fusion ERP/HCM/EPM interfaces (FBDI, HDL, BICC) /li li REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, XPath /li /ul
