We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Data Analytics to lead our internal data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing data strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team and stakeholder management. This role is pivotal in driving our data initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role is for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a fast paced, multidiscipline team. He/she will be a solid team player, have excellent communication skills and will be technically experienced.
Our mission is to prove that IT can deliver real benefits to Version 1’s business. This will be achieved through the continued transformation of process, systems and data management enabling our business to continue to scale at pace. There will be a substantial element of project work associated with this role where the successful candidate will work closely with our Business Systems team to drive data quality and improvements through the introduction of standards, best in class data practices and a continued focus in AI/ML technologies. The successful candidate will manage and act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams.
