We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high‑impact transformation programme. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role, ideal for someone who can lead design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients on best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops (process, design, configuration, test & validation)
  • Advise clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
  • Own and deliver system configuration aligned to business requirements
  • Conduct design playback sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities
  • Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design artefacts
  • Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Drive training and coaching for both client users and internal teams
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence & Time and Labour (OTL)
  • Proven experience across multiple end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Hands‑on experience with Fast Formula configuration
  • Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
  • Strong capability in running workshops and leading solution design
  • Experience creating high‑quality functional documentation
  • Ability to design and deliver user training (key users & end users)
