Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Delivery Manager to assume overall responsibility for and management of the delivery of a significant and focussed workstream(s) within a large and complex transformation programme to be delivered into one of our large NI Public Sector Customers.
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and all aspects of your assigned programme workstream(s), and the projects within it, through best practice methodologies. You\’ll manage client relationships through effective informal reviews, formal workstream and project governance and accurate reporting as well as building key relationships with the Customer’s Internal Team and Senior Stakeholders in relation to your workstream(s). You’ll plan delivery of your workstream(s), within the overall programme implementation plan, manage resourcing, and be responsible for change management within it. In addition, you’ll work closely with our other Delivery Managers, responsible for the other programme workstreams, coordinating planning, identifying interdependencies, and managing risks and issues. You’ll manage our Key Subcontractors, Vendors, and other third parties on whom your workstream is dependent and, finally, you’ll assist the Programme Director with overall programme governance, financial management and budget, change management, communication, and status reporting.
