Version 1 is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead to join our UK Digital & Cloud Practice. You will drive technical leadership across large-scale transformation and migration projects in both public and private sectors, coordinating with PMs, BAs and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.
You’ll own design, estimation, shaping and user story creation, ensure code quality and CI/CD, and transfer knowledge to teammates while developing junior members of the team.
