You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Core HR. In addition, you will be:
- Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
- Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
- Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
- Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
- Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
You will have expertise within:
- End-to-End implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
- Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
- Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
- Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
- Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
- Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
