Overview
As a Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and lead delivery of solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll guide planning, design, estimation, development, and deployment, ensuring scalable and robust outcomes while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. You will shape enterprise-scale solutions and drive alignment with architecture standards and ALM practices. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge platforms, influence solution design, and contribute to a transformation mindset at Version 1.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages)
- Plan, design, estimate, develop, and implement scalable solutions
- Coordinate with development teams and customers to refine requirements
- Apply ALM strategies and enterprise architecture practices
- Design integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems
- Ensure non-functional requirements and testing strategies are met
- Engage in Agile/DevOps work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and progress tracking
- Liaise with customers to gather requirements and provide guidance
Key requirements
- Architecture experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Automate, .NET plugins, JavaScript
- Integration design and delivery between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and external systems
- REST/SOAP API, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid experience
- Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#)
- Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps familiarity
- Experience defining non-functional requirements
- SC clearance eligibility
- Knowledge of architectural modelling tools/frameworks (Sparx EA, TOGAF, ArchiMate)
- Excellent communication with customers
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Power Platform (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
- Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
- ALM strategies for enterprise solutions
