Are you ready to take your Oracle FCCS expertise to the next level? Version 1 is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) Functional Consultant to drive strategic cloud transformations.

  • Lead flagship Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) implementations end-to-end: from gathering requirements and design through to configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Deliver business-critical consolidation: guide finance stakeholders on eliminations, currency translation, minority interest, and close calendars.
  • Implement smart automations: use Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs and build configurable rules and workflows.
  • Own client relationships: manage expectations, workshop facilitation, status reporting, and quarterly patch updates.
What We’re Looking For
  • A seasoned Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) specialist with a minimum of two full lifecycle projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in consolidation principles, Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate.
  • Proven ability to integrate data with ERP/Planning systems and automate close processes.
  • Strong communicator: you connect with finance teams, lead workshops, and deliver client-ready documentation.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at managing concurrent tasks in a dynamic cloud environment.
Bonus skills: Accounting certification, experience with ARCS/EDMCS/Tax Reporting, or migrating from Hyperion HFM to FCCS.

SC Clearance – Essential: This role mandates SC clearance or eligibility, with a requirement of minimum 2 years UK residency —opening doors to high-security, government-backed Cloud projects.

Qualifications
  • Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) (minimum leading 2 full project cycles preferred).
  • Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of consolidation principles including eliminations, currency translation, and minority interest.
  • Hands-on experience with Smart View and Data Management.
  • Ability to design and implement data integration with various source systems, including but not limited to Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM.
  • Ability to design data and metadata orchestration, automation, and scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Automate commands (REST APIs knowledge is desirable).
  • Ability to design and implement consolidation logic and workflows in FCCS.
  • Ability to implement configurable, on-demand, and insertion rules.
  • Ability to define and implement close calendars and task manager.
  • Experience working directly with Finance stakeholders and Group Reporting teams.
  • Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and supporting clients through patch testing.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks across configuration, testing support, and client workshops.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and delivery-focused.
Desirable Experience
  • Accountancy qualification.
  • Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules such as ARCS, EDMCS, or Tax Reporting.
  • Experience migrating from Hyperion HFM to FCCS.
  • Familiarity with REST API and EPM Automate for integration and automation.

This is a hybrid-based role with occasional travel to your nearest base office. You must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom and you must be eligible for Security clearance.
