Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) implementations, covering requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
- Guide finance stakeholders on consolidation matters—eliminations, currency translation, minority interest, and close calendar creation.
- Implement smart automations using Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs; create configurable rules and workflows.
- Own client relationships, managing expectations, facilitating workshops, reporting status, and delivering quarterly patch updates.
- Lead solution validation workshops and oversee testing support, training delivery, and functional implementation guidance.
Eligibility
- SC clearance required or eligibility for SC clearance (minimum 2 years UK residency).
Qualifications
- Minimum of two full FCCS implementation cycles.
- Hands‑on expertise in consolidation principles, Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
- Proven ability to integrate data with ERP/Planning systems and automate close processes.
- Strong communicator who leads workshops and delivers clear documentation to finance teams.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and capable of managing concurrent tasks in a dynamic cloud environment.
- Experience delivering on‑time project delivery and managing client expectations.
- Capacity to design and implement data integration, metadata orchestration, and scheduling.
- Experience with REST APIs and EPM Automate commands.
- Ability to design consolidation logic, workflows, insertion rules, and close calendars.
- Direct experience working with finance stakeholders and group reporting teams.
- Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and patch testing support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Regularly provides status and issue reports to project managers or clients.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and delivery‑focused.
Desired Experience
- Accountancy qualification.
- Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules such as ARCS, EDMCS, or Tax Reporting.
- Experience migrating from Hyperion HFM to FCCS.
- Familiarity with REST API and EPM Automate for integration and automation.
