Overview
We lead and implement Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions end to end.
The role involves overseeing requirements definition, design, gap analysis, and application configuration while driving functional support for technical activities such as data migration, integration, and solution validation workshops.
The successful candidate will manage client expectations, facilitate workshops, provide status reporting, support quarterly patch updates, and deliver business‑critical consolidation support including eliminations, currency translation, minority interest, and close calendars.
Operations span a hybrid environment with occasional travel to the nearest base office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee requirements definition, design, gap analysis, and application configuration.
- Drive functional support for technical activities such as data migration and integration.
- Lead solution validation workshops.
- Provide testing support, training delivery, post‑go‑live support, and related functional implementation guidance.
- Manage client expectations, facilitate workshops, and provide status reporting.
- Support quarterly patch updates and business‑critical consolidation tasks.
Qualifications
- SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance; must have lived in the UK for the last two years.
- Seasoned Oracle FCCS specialist with experience leading at least two full‑lifecycle projects.
- Hands‑on experience with consolidation principles, Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
- Proven ability to integrate data with ERP/Planning systems and automate close processes.
- Strong communication skills; able to work with finance teams, lead workshops, and produce client‑ready documentation.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic cloud environment.
- Desirable: accounting qualification or certification, experience with ARCS/EDMCS/Tax Reporting, or migration from Hyperion HFM to FCCS.
