You will work across the wider Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, contributing high-quality technical solutions while supporting customers, colleagues, and project teams. This role is hands-on, suited to someone who thrives in solution delivery, works confidently with stakeholders, and stays close to the technical detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and produce scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Implement appropriate ALM practices including environment strategy, solution layering, source control, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Integrate with APIs/third-party services; contribute to patterns for secure connector usage and custom connector development.
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, security, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Power Platform and the wider Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and client workshops.
  • Document and knowledge-transfer: produce pragmatic documentation and handover materials for client teams.

Essential experience & skills

  • Hands-on expertise with Power Platform: significant experience (generally ~4+ years) delivering solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Copilot Studio experience building copilots (topics, generative answers, actions), connecting to data and services, and applying responsible AI & security controls.
  • SharePoint configuration proficiency (lists, content types, permissions, governance) and integration with Power Platform.
  • ALM & DevOps: environment strategy, solution layering, pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) for CI/CD, and backlog/work tracking.
  • Testing mindset with tools and approaches suited to Power Platform solutions.
  • Understanding and application of non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, accessibility).
  • Clear, confident communicator able to engage business and technical stakeholders alike.

Desirable skills
