If you're immediately available (or on very short notice) and thrive in delivery-focused, client-facing roles, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one. You will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape, configure, and deliver scalable solutions across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare. This is a hands-on functional leadership role where your expertise will directly influence programme success.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations from design through go-live and hypercare
- Run client workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Configure and deploy Portfolio Project Management, Project Financial Management, Grants Management, and Project Execution Management modules
- Manage change requests through the development and testing lifecycle in accordance with governance standards
- Support clients through Oracle quarterly release cycles
- Liaise directly with Oracle on Service Requests (SRs)
- Provide structured status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
- Advise clients on solution options, cross-functional impacts, and best practice
- Ensure delivery remains on time, within scope, and aligned to business expectations
- Apply reporting expertise using OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, and SmartView
Qualifications
- Experience with E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
- Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
- Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable working across concurrent projects in fast-paced delivery environments
- Immediately available or able to start on short notice
- Delivery-focused and commercially aware
- Strong communicator capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to operate autonomously
- Experienced contractor comfortable operating Outside IR35
