Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant in Newcastle upon Tyne

You'll play a defining role in how Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions are designed, governed, and delivered across complex, enterprise environments. You'll influence senior stakeholders, mentor consultants, and act as a trusted authority for clients navigating critical Payroll transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategy, best practice, and solution direction.
• Own and quality-assure functional configuration, documentation, and key deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the Oracle practice.
• Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, including:

• Delivering compelling, high-impact demonstrations
• Shaping solution designs, scope, and proposals
• Providing authoritative insight into Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps

Hold extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple end-to-end implementations. Demonstrate deep functional and configuration expertise, including Fast Formula, Element design, Payroll process flows, and Calculation cards. Show strong workshop facilitation and solution documentation skills. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage client relationships in pre-sales and delivery contexts. Proficiency in OTBI reporting and/or SQL.

Desirable Experience

• Experience across related HCM modules, such as Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation Workbench.
• Experience defining standards, accelerators, or methodologies within an Oracle Cloud practice.
