Lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules while driving end‑to‑end solution delivery and advocating best practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and challenge processes to advocate best practice.
- Own workstream and solution delivery end to end.
- Define requirements and map or redesign processes.
- Perform design and gap analysis.
- Configure applications, including migrating configuration between environments.
- Support technical activities such as data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Lead solution validation workshops.
- Support testing and training delivery.
- Provide post‑go‑live support and functional implementation guidance.
- Liaise with Oracle to manage client service requests.
- Support clients with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Manage on‑time delivery and stakeholder expectations.
- Assist with risk and change management.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts across processes and systems.
- Provide regular status and issue reports.
- Hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office and multiple trips to the US in the first 12–18 months.
Qualifications
- Deep Oracle E‑Business Suite SCM experience across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning.
- Experience with i Procurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
- Experience with 3rd‑party integrations and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading both internal and client teams.
- Strong organization, self‑motivation, and ability to multi‑task across concurrent projects.
- Experience managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle.
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments such as Gx P, GMP, or So X.
