Version 1 is looking for an exceptional PeopleSoft Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications practice – supporting secure, high‑profile environments where performance, resilience and precision truly matter. This is not a routine support role. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex PeopleSoft landscapes and play a key role in their continuous optimisation, modernisation and stability. Why This Role Is Different
You’ll be trusted with environments that underpin critical operations. Your work will directly influence performance, uptime and security across enterprise‑scale platforms.
- Lead PUM upgrade cycles and PeopleTools patching
- Drive Oracle & SQL Server DBA operations (refresh, cloning, performance tuning, monitoring)
- Own environment stability across PIA, App Servers, Process Schedulers & WebLogic (Linux & Windows)
- Oversee quarterly patching and mid‑tier upgrades
- Implement and enhance backup, restore & disaster recovery strategies
- Monitor production scheduling and proactively resolve performance issues
- Contribute to cloud‑enabled infrastructure environments

Qualifications
What You Bring We’re looking for a true PeopleSoft infrastructure specialist:
- Deep hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft 9.x+ architecture
- Strong PeopleTools (v8.54+) and Integration Broker expertise
- Advanced administration of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
- Experience managing upgrades, patching, cloning, performance tuning
- Comfortable working across Linux and Windows environments
- Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Eligibility for SC Clearance (or already cleared)
