Job Description
- Technical subject matter expert
- Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Power Platform and/or D365 solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers
- Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, implementing best practice development standards
- Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements
- Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members
- Delivering a variety of projects using the core range of solutions within the Power Platform, covering model, canvas and power pages applications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 5+ years project experience developing solutions using D365 CE, Power Apps – both Model Driven and Canvas, Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 5+ years server-side development experience preferably using C#/.Net/.Net Core
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior team members
- Experience using REST APIs (building of REST APIs nice to have)
- Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)
- Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions
- Experience working with ALM strategies for the Power Platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
- Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
- Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
- Power Platform Certifications (PL-200, PL-400)
- D365 Certifications (MB210-230)
- Eligibility for SC clearance
- Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions
- Experience of delivering with the Success by Design framework
- Power Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-600)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services
- Experience in configuring and deploying Power BI solutions
- Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Teams Apps
- Experience with UI / UX design
- Experience building applications with accessibility in mind
