At Version 1, we’re looking for a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Oracle Cloud projects across the UK & Ireland. You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment. In addition, you will be:

  • Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
  • Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
  • Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
  • Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
  • Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
  • Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.

You will have expertise within:

  • Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
  • Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
  • Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
  • Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
  • Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
