You’ll lead major cloud financials transformations for clients within the UK, including critical government projects requiring SC clearance.

Your Role: More Than Just Implementation

• Lead from Day One: Take ownership of Oracle Cloud Financials modules—GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Procurement, Assets, Tax—designing and configuring systems end-to-end.
• Anchor Proof-of-Concepts: Design and validate POCs that showcase system power and drive business value.
• Map & Transform Processes: Conduct gap analysis, process redesign, data integration, migration strategy, and test lifecycle planning.
• Train, Support & Empower: Design training materials, host workshops, guide end-users, and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Be the Functional Bridge: Drive requirements gathering, produce functional specs, manage change requests, and maintain Oracle’s quarterly release cadence.

• Leading business change and implementing primary Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Configuring Oracle Cloud Instance for Client Proof of Concept
• Demonstrating Oracle Cloud Functionality
• Overseeing requirements definition, design and gap analysis
• Process mapping/redesign
• Overseeing training preparation and delivery
• Leading application configuration.
• Driving forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration,
• Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post go live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
