An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join a growing international insurance group. This role offers wide-ranging responsibility across Solvency II reporting, group capital processes, data management and regulatory submissions. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex workflows and partnering with multiple teams across different territories.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Group QRTs and support the SFCR.
- Contribute scenario analysis for the ORSA.
- Maintain SII portfolios, data structures and the chart of accounts.
- Manage data inputs including expenses, LEI details and technical provisions.
- Consolidate the Group SII balance sheet and run the Standard Formula.
- Produce analysis packs for senior management.
- Co‑ordinate the Group capital timetable and assist local territories.
- Support UK GAAP reporting where required.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in insurance accounting and Solvency II reporting, with solid understanding of regulatory and capital frameworks.
- Excellent analytical ability and confidence handling large datasets (advanced Excel essential), including insight into SCR drivers and opportunities for capital efficiency.
- Familiarity with general ledger systems, financial processes and exposure to project or risk management.
- Highly organised, with strong planning and execution skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Accounting qualification is desirable, though equivalent experience is also considered.
