He has numerous clients where there is always demand for BA's. These BA's need to have the following:
All BA's onshore
all roles inside IR35
Must have 10yrs+ of pure Asset or wealth management, they cant just dip in/out
Must be very articulate and customer facing
must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with demanding clients in a pressurised environment
Must have experience with systems such as Charles River, Aladdin
Types of companies they should have on their CV are, Royal London, Legal and General, Schroders, Baillie Gifford, M&G investments, jupiter, fidelity
Rates are good, we should communicate rates around 700-750pd
