We're seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our vibrant and supportive Radiology Admin Team. If you have a background in reception, administration, and appointment booking, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you. In this busy and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for providing specialised reception cover, booking imaging appointments, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with patient and visitor queries both in person and by phone. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, your professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels will be essential. No visa sponsorship is available for this role and whilst we are able to employ candidates on a graduate visa for this role, we are unable to offer sponsorship once the graduate visa expires.
The role is 37.5 hours per week. We work various shifts over 7 days from Monday to Sunday, different shift patterns and weekend work applies to this role. Our department is open from 8am to 8pm, and an example of different shifts could be 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, and all shifts will be on a rota.
