The Staff Nurse role is based in the Outpatient Haemodialysis Department at Southend Hospital. You will work with the ward manager and the multidisciplinary team to monitor nursing standards, provide patient care during your preceptorship, and supervise unregistered staff while maintaining a safe environment.
This permanent, part-time post (Band 5, Agenda for Change) offers opportunities to develop clinical skills in dialysis, patient care, and service development within an NHS Trust.
